About the Event

This is a manual therapy, hands-on course aimed at bringing greater ease of movement and deeper sense of clarity to the entire cranium, cervical, and jaw. The majority of the course will focus on the cervical region with emphasis on brachial and cervical plexuses and their influences on the central nervous system via the dura mater. Introductions will be made for working with the TMJ and cranial membranes and sutures. As well as manual therapy hands-on tools, participants will be shown and guided to utilize listening skills of Craniosacral Work to deepen touch sensitivity and effectiveness. There will be experiential meditations & practices, philosophical and anatomical review, postural assessment/body reading, demonstrations, movement suggestions, and hands-on practicing time. Each day will begin with a meditation centered around the information that will be covered.
