About the Event
After some warm up and prep work, there will be a prolonged period of strong non-stop breathing. Lowering CO2 levels in the body can lead to altered states of consciousness. The work can have profound effects physiologically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is highly recommended that Levels 1 & 2 are taken before this class to give you an experiential foundation in the work.
