Balancing Feet and Legs
Practitioners learn to utilize myofascial release techniques to help bring balance to the 3 arches of the foot as well as free restrictions coming from or going through the leg. Topics covered are structural assessment in standing and walking, anatomy of corresponding structures, and discussion of common conditions that affect feet and legs.
