Oregon Myofascial Release​

Brought into existence by Lee Joseph sometime in the late 1980’s.  The guiding principles of hands-on applications are born of the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, however of utmost importance becomes moving the client’s primary attention towards the direct experience of Self.  

 

In the AOSI method, practitioners will learn the first session in a 10-session series adapted to allow our client's gain insight into themselves via their physical structure. Students will learn goals and hands-on applications for this session as well as Body Reading assessments for postural analysis and discovery.

 

This course is designed to deepen ones' relationship with "that" that does not change via conscious touch techniques of Awareness Oriented Structural Integration as well as prepare LMTs for utilization of deep tissue techniques in a safe and effective manner for multiple therapeutic environments.
